Moa awards victory

Lexi, Kyah, Jade and I were in the top 4 for the best Moa awards intermediate animation. There was some very tough competition but us girls managed to win. I thought we did very well and we were all very proud of ourselves. Here is  the video of our winning animation. Enjoy!

3-2-1- VICTORY

Anticipation. Waiting. Waiting. Waiting. All I could think about was winning. Nothing else mattered. With Kyah, Jade and Lexi by my side we were a crew wanting to take it all. Multi colours flashed on the screen. Winners take all and that is all I can think about. No one could stop our excitement. We are going to win I can feel it.

'' The nominees are...'' . Four squares of videos pops up on the colossal T.V.  We jumped up seat as we saw our animation play through on the top right corner. Crossing our fingers as the suspense building and remnants of a nervous atmosphere surrounding the room.

 Bold letters on the screen showed ''the winner is..''. Sitting on the edge of my seat. This tension is becoming unbearable. Closing my eyes, hopping for supreme victory. Staring into abyss I heard screams of celebration next to me. Only 3 words could describe this. We. Had. Won.


Jumping up in excitement, unable to believe my eyes. There was our animation for all the 500 people to admire and awe. There was sorrow around us as all the losing nominees sat down hearted in there lonely seats. We could not contain our excitement as we stood up on stage and received our reward.


All I could think about was winning and taking it all. And when we did it was a great satisfaction. '' Thats going with all my other certificates'' I smiled gleefully. Now I need to get ready for next year I might strike again.

Too Much Anger

'' What do you think your doing'' I screamed bitterly as I glare with only one emotion. Anger. '' You said I could play on it'' She murmured innocently. Pouting her lips, Eyes bulging. The puppy face isnt going to work on me.

Grabbing her by the shirt and dragging her away from MY device, I saw devinous in her eyes. '' Why are you playing on it when I specifically told you not to play on it. How dare you disobey my rules.'' She cowered and shivered as I towered over her scolding her for her deeds.


My anger boiled up inside of me unable to be tamed any longer. I slapped her on the back as she whimpered in fear. I have turned into a monster and it was overcoming me turning all my decisions based on fury.

My eyes softened . Apologising to Jorja saying '' I am soo sorry I turned into the incredible hulk''. Jorja replied '' Its alright I am use to you lashing out at me.'' As she forgave me a smile was finally on her face again.

Now I know what she is doing. Playing on my laptop. 

The 70's

One big ego

The moment I saw it I knew I couldn't get near it. Glaring with envy I tried to paint a smile on my face , but no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't hide my jealousy. Katelyn had a grin of pride as she showed off her immaculate calf.

''No.42, Please start your leading'' Beginning the stroll, Katelyn and Trixie had calm composure as they walked around the ring with simplicity and ease. My face went green with envy as I saw the perfect performance slot into 1st place.

Katelyn Hughes, Katelyn Hughes, Katelyn Hughes I'm sick of hearing that name. Trixie with her red ribbon wrapped around her fleecy neck. Katelyn had stardom as everyone congratulated her on her victory. What about me I murmured bitterly. Hers was a touch better than mine but she didn't have to rub it in.

Skipping back to me with a satisfied smile on her face. '' Well done Maddie, You did well too'' She praised me. But it was no real praise. I saw the sarcasm in her eyes. My anger boiled up inside of me, hard to be tamed. One more comment and I couldn't be able to contain it any more. 

The moment I saw it I knew I couldn't get it and I didn't. No one can stop one big ego!

Rhodo Festival Gardens

On Sunday Jorja, Mum and I went to some rhodo festival gardens. They were so amazing and gave us some some inspiration for what to do in our garden. They were beautiful and I loved them. Here are some photos to show that you will love them too!

Cheese Fondue Night

On Saturday night we went to the hess's. They are from Switzerland so we had a Swiss cheese fondue night. It was delicious and afterwards we had pudding and watched the movie Frozen. Here are some pics of the wonderful fondue:

Soccer!!!!

Today was soccer and I was in the Auroa Rangers. We won 4 games in a row and qualified to get into the semi-fanals. We were facing the other 5-6 Auroa team but sadly lost 2-0. I am really proud of my team and I am happy to the other Auroa team that got in the finals. Well done.

Calf and Lamb day

Calf and Lamb day has come and gone and me and bella entered into my school's calf and lamb day. Since I had a calf I had to present the rearing and the leading. Bella and I got 4th for leading and I was so proud of her. I alao did some indoor exhibits and came 3rd in the natural collage, 3rd in the digital photo and highly commended for my edible creation.
