Student of the week

Today I got student of the week! Igot rewarded it for doing a excellent effort in writing throughout this year. Iwas so happy! Here is my certificate:

You don't scare me

''Madaline, get off your Iphone. NOW!'' Mums freatening voice bellow echoed down the hall.'' I just have to check my facebook page'' I replied. A video popped up n front of my facebook page. Who's this? I wondered bewildered. A frightning face popped up behind the play button. Who was it? A bully.

His ghastly snarl and his ferocious faced repictured through my mind. His non-friendly voice was stuck on the play button, with his words playing through my body. My heart broke into shards until there was only a piece remaining, full with sorrow.'' Your a nobody''.

Stepping away from the deadly device, that is full with torture and harm. My legs collasped on the ground. A tear of sadness rushed down my flushed cheek. My lips drooped down to the floor. I'm not a nobody but he seemed to think so. Managing t o pick myself of the floor, swatting my tears away.

Arms lifted me from the darkness, that belonged to mum. She concealed me inside her chest, conforting me with her kind, soft words.'' What happened'' she asked worriedly.'' I was syberbullied'' I said openly, revealing my secret.'' Don't let bullies get you down, your stronger than them''. Courage and bravery returned to my body. Bullies are the ''nobodies''.

They don't scare me anymore.

*The purpose of this story is to show that syberbulling is not o.k. It hurts people and it happens way to often. You make sure it doesn't happen.

Caught

Sneaking past the security cameras, Taking caution for every move I make. A vault is hidden behind a brick wall that I break with ease. Cracking the code within seconds, Grabbing fistfuls of money, and concealing it in my satchel. Grabbing the last paper note I scurry out of the bank, hidden and unseen. Starring into the midnight sky, scanning for danger. The luminous glow of the street lights reflect on a blue, yellow and white car, That was searching for criminals.

Catching his glance, I run down the road. Blaring sirens break the silence. The car kicks into gear, Abrupting down the slope. Glittering coins flutter behing me. The officer was picking up gratifying speed, Advancing on me. Sprinting down the track, the figure behind me got closer and closer. I was caught.

Tazors were released from both hands of the predator. A sly smile planted on his mouth. ''Your going down town''. His finger nails dug into my skin as he locked my hand in iron cuffs. His gruff beard scratched
against my arm as he chucked me in the back of the car. His eyebrows were highly raised as he asked ''who are you?''

''I'm black bandit"

Bubble Gum; Good or Bad?

Is bubblegum good or bad? You decide, And I'll help you.

When bubble gum was first created, People thought it was the evolution to lollies. It's not. All you do is produce saliva that you don't need to use. When you buy bubblegum, do you realise that you are just wasting money that you could save for other things.

When the brand promises you the bubblegum is healthy and cleans your teeth they are fibbing. It is just a bunch of gut-rot. If your parents tell you not to eat bubblegum, DON'T!

What make bubblegums so chewy, is the plastic inside it. I know plastic! They just colourise and flavour the plastic so you can't tell. Also the brand can persuade you by the packaging.  For example EXTRA. Eat, drink, chew won't help your teeth it just gives you yummy flavours.

If you believe me, You will have a better life. Please don't eat bubblegum! (even though I eat it ocassionally!)

Copy Cat

Looking in the shop window, I noticed someone very mysterious. They were identical to me and presenting the same puzzled look. The same flouro t-shirt,  plain, ordinary shorts, that were slightly ripped. My face crumpled up, left bewildered, as the other citizen copied every gesture. A weird connection was built between us. My Hair was strapped back tightly with wisps hidden behind each ear, and so was hers?

I tried to run away and she suddenly disappeared. Sighing in relief, I carried on walking; keeping a watchful eye on every corner, just in case she was looming in the darkness spying, watching, my every move cunningly. Approaching another shop window I see her again.

Halting to a stop, while she did the same thing. I sit mystified, wondering ''how did she get to this shop so fast?'' Shifting from side to side, Making quick motions, seeing if she would follow, and she does. Finally I decide to confront this copy cat, that is making my insides shiver nervously.

Slamming open the door I see... Nothing. Just lollies and a person asking '' What would you like young lady''. Barely saying no, I walk off clueless, Thinking who was that greedy person? How did she suggest my every move?
If only my reflection didn't get the better of me!

My lollie packet

Over the last few days room 3 have been creating our own lollie packet. We have to tempt kids to eat our lollies. We are also doing energy drink cans and we have to show that it has lots of energy.
 *Here is my lollie packet:

Princess For A Day.........

I wish I was princess for a day.....
Waking up in a wonderful room elaborate with flowers. Scanning the room eyeing the huge wardrobe embroiders with swirls taking up the corner of my room. Laid on my bedside table is my breakfast hidden under a silver cover trapping in the heat. Opening the lid I eye up my wonderful desires: Toast smothered in lightly melted butter, orange juice, and toad in the hole with the egg yolks running down the side. Munching my breakfast merrily until it was all gone. After getting dressed I walking down the stairs ready for my royal juties.

''Your royal juties for today your higness'' My governess said in a posh voice ''Are visiting the royal stables, Going to a conference about how new zealand is doing and coming home for tea before 6.00pm''. ''Yes Miss'' I said despairingly. Walking to the stables getting closer and closer,  getting the scent of horse dung. perfect! But at least I can see my favourite horse summer. Walking into the stables when suddenly a nuzzle poked out of the horse box. A loud neigh rang out saying hello to greet me. ''Hello summer'' I replied. Stroking her wonderful mane happy to be here I had to leave for my next juty.

''Hello your highness'' John Key said in a nice voice. ''Hi''. We talked away for hours in the huge beehive just before 5.00pm. Racing home in my big limousine hitting the dot on 6.00pm. Yawning sleepily I jumped into bed with a smile painted over my face dreaming wonderful dreams...

Waking up looking around realising where I am. Back in my old, poor shack. Sadness filled the air. ''I wish to be princess again'' I said hopefully. Waking up in a wonderful room elaborate with flowers...
